Meetings 

Having regard to the uncertainty and potential health risks associated with large gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, Spark Infrastructure Securityholders will not be able to attend the Meetings in person.
 
Spark Infrastructure Securityholders will be able to participate in the Meetings online via a live webcast. Spark Infrastructure Securityholders are able to listen to the proceedings, view the presentation, vote and ask questions during the meetings. 

Attending the Meetings online

If you are a Spark Infrastructure Securityholder, you will need a Username and Password to log in to the online platform and register as a Spark Infrastructure Securityholder:

  1. Username - this is your Voting Access Code (VAC) and can be located on the first page of your Proxy Form or the email that you received from the Spark Infrastructure Securities Registry (BoardRoom Pty Limited).
  2. Password - this is your Postcode (for Australian Spark Infrastructure Securityholders) or three-letter country code (for overseas Spark Infrastructure Securityholders).

Appointed proxies should obtain their log in credentials from the Spark Infrastructure Securities Registry (BoardRoom Pty Limited) by calling 1800 000 639 (within Australia) or +61 2 9290 9600 (outside Australia), between 8.30am and 5.00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays or emailing enquiries@boardroomlimited.com.au

You will be able to log in and register online 1 hour before the Meetings are due to start. It is recommended that Spark Infrastructure Securityholders register at least 15 minutes before the start of the Meetings.

How to Vote

Voting on all resolutions will be conducted by poll. Spark Infrastructure Securityholders can vote before the Meetings by completing a Proxy Form or live during the Meetings.

Voting before the Meetings

You can submit a proxy vote by completing and returning your Proxy Form in hard copy or online. Proxy votes must be received by the Spark Infrastructure Securities Registry (BoardRoom Pty Limited) before 11:00am (Sydney time) on Saturday, 20 November 2021. We encourage Spark Infrastructure Securityholders to submit their proxy votes as early as possible to avoid delays.

Voting during the Meetings

Spark Infrastructure Securityholders and appointed proxies will be able to vote live during the Meetings when invited by the Chair.  Once voting is opened you will be able to vote using the voting icon on the online platform. You will be able to vote for, against or abstain on each resolution. 

To participate in and vote at the Meetings you will need to register online as a Spark Infrastructure Securityholders or an appointed proxy. For instructions on how to register, see the section above ‘Attending the Meetings online'.

How to ask a Question

Asking a question before the Meetings

Spark Infrastructure Securityholders are encouraged to submit a written question before the Meetings.  Written questions can be submitted by completing and returning your Question Form. Written questions must be received by the Spark Infrastructure Securities Registry (BoardRoom Pty Limited) by no later than Wednesday, 17 November 2021.

You can submit your completed Question Form by using one of the methods described above for lodging Proxy Forms.

Asking a question during the Meetings

Spark Infrastructure Securityholders and appointed proxies can also ask questions online during the Meetings. Questions can be asked via text message on the online platform or by calling the teleconference number that will be displayed on the online platform.
